Our Plants
Climax Petroleum Products has two lube oil blending plants, one in the north and the other in the south. The northern facility is designed to serve the northern/foreign markets while the southern plantation is engineered to serve the southern/foreign markets.The lubricating oil blending Plant, together with its upgraded laboratory located in Ogun and Sokoto state. It has a total annual capacity of 63,360 tons and have since 2016 been recognized as a reference laboratory by Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON). The blending unit is equipped with four filling lines with multiple filling heads in addition to various single filling heads to enable filling of various lube grades according to compatibility requirements.
In order to accommodate the bourgeoning product acceptance, a full functioning blow-moulding and injection-moulding factory with efficient crushers and pelletizers to recycle our plastic products was installed in this facility.
The southern lubricating oil blending Plant, together with the grease plant and its ultra-modern laboratory is located in Mowe. The total annual capacity is 114,400 tons. This plant was carefully engineered to handle various lubricant types and is equipped with six filling lines besides many single filling heads for petrochemicals. The in-house laboratory is built to taste and adequately equipped to analyze all lube types as well as used lubricants.
